I personally would not recommend AP3 Construction to anyone. They were the company chosen by the sellers of the house we purchased and they replaced the roof on the property prior to us signing the closing documents. Shortly after we moved in, we noticed a small leak in one of the rooms so I reached out to AP3 as our realtor provided their contact information and I unfortunately do not remember the name of the man I spoke with, but right away it was not a good experience. The first 2 times we tried to get him to come see the roof he just did not show up (after we had scheduled the times). The third time he actually came, saw the roof, and committed to come back to make the small fix. He never came back, has ignored my calls and texts, and we are still trying to fix the roof as 4 more leaks
Angel has done work for many of my clients and at my personal house. He does amazing work. Highly recommend.
