Not only did he fit me into his schedule on the same day I called him, he arrived promptly, immediately fixed the problem and his service call charge was very, very reasonable. He is also very upfront about potential extra costs due to unforeseen issues, so there isn’t any sticker shock at the end. He identified the problem, showed me some tips on additional preventative maintenance and for the first time in a long time my appliance is working as it should and I am not at risk of loosing the contents!
