Rich and Brenda did an amazing job installing our new Ruud system. I was having my roof replaced and the roofing company warned me that the HVAC may not work properly since it was 26 years old and would need to be lifted during the new roof install. Rich has been keeping that system running over the years with his expertise. There is no way we would trust anyone else when it finally came time to replace the old Trane. Rich and Brenda did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with their amazing service. The folks that own the company installed our HVAC system today. What an awesome family and they are absolutely “Masters” of the trade! I highly recommend this company for anything from a tune up to a full unit purchase and install. We cannot thank them enough for everything! Their contracted Crane operator/owner @ Wright Crane Service was awesome, expedient (just like Prescott Air and Hearing) and so knowledgeable too! Call these folks first! Rich, also known as Leo, did our annual HVAC system maintenance in southwest Prescott, just as cold weather hit. He found that the unit was overheating, and fixed that. He also explained the system's design and the impact that has on airflow in our house. Knowledgeable, pleasant, on time and a reasonable price!

My AC stopped working, I called Prescott Air, they came out to assess the problem, my AC burned out, it was very hot inside my house, so they brought a portable AC, and installed it, and scheduled my appointment for the installation of a new AC. I highly recommend them, Brenda and Rich are such nice and caring folks. They followed up with calls and texts to reassure me, and brought filters for my air purification system and serviced it, I had a smoke detector really high up, it was beeping and they replaced the battery for me,, Great customer service, and a very trustworthy company, and so Knowledgeable and helpful for my needs.
