Truly a great place to enjoy nature.
We had a great experience with Apex Air when our ice machine needed repair. Our technician, Josue, was professional, prompt, and clearly explained what the issue was. He thoroughly checked every part of the machine and made sure it was producing ice properly before leaving, which we really appreciated. We also want to recognize their customer service. Another technician had initially come out but couldn’t complete the repair due to rain. Apex Air followed up and remembered us first thing Monday morning, making sure we were taken care of quickly. Great communication, reliable service, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Apex Air!
