Apex did our new home HVAC system They exceeded our expectations. They repaired other trades mistakes while they were on site to satisfy us. Coming from the construction trades and understanding customer service goes along way! They always answer my call no matter what question we have. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs!

The only thing I can say is “THANK YOU”! I had been dealing with an HVAC nightmare at my newly-built home for over half a year. The furnace was constantly overheating and wouldn’t stop short-cycling, and no one we brought in could nail down why it was happening. That was until we brought in Apex Air. They came in and quickly found a solution that solved our problem. Now the heat works better than it ever did before and it’s all thanks to their incredible expertise. 10/10, would recommend.

Apex Air installed my air conditioning system and I called to have them show me how to set up schedules on the thermostat. Quentin came over the same day and stepped me through it. A few months later I realized I wanted another zone and reached out to Quentin. Within 3 days, his team came out and did an excellent job. Quentin followed up that evening to make sure everything was working as expected. I highly recommend Apex air!

Apex Air installed the Trane System in our new home, and a power outage led to the thermostat being inoperable. I called the Trane Help Desk, and the technician was unable to resolve the problem. I then called Apex, and a short while later, Quinton, the owner, called back. He spent 30 minutes or so patiently walking me through a series of steps to ensure that the thermostat, the Trane app on my phone, and the system were all working. He then set up an afternoon appointment to come to the house and make sure we were programming the thermostat more effectively. This was five stars service by Quinton. I am very comfortable recommending this company to everyone.

We had the privilege of working with Quinton from Apex Air. Quinton was professional, efficient and very responsive. In addition he was very helpful in explaining the operations of our HVAC system and demonstrating the features and capabilities of the Trane Home app. Quinton was outstanding in all areas.
