Called them at 730pm due to a leak found in water tank. Andrew offered to call the supplier and come out that night but we opted for next day after he instructed me over the phone how to turn the water off and breaker. Showed up first thing in the morning with a new tank and while the old one was draining he took the time to call about my warranty. Andrew was able to get me a refund, same day, and had the new one up and running in no time. He also replaced a broken faucet in my kitchen while he was here. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone and when it's time tobreplace the dishwasher and toilets (which will be soon) I'll definitely be calling him back! I also appreciate the fact he took the time to explain things to me and being pleasant, as opposed to just coming in

I am doing an update to a previous review because I feel that Andrew Brown, Brown's Plumbing Solutions, deserves 5+++ stars for the way he acknowledged, handled and rectified the situation. Andrew said he would do whatever it takes to make things right and he certainly has. His communication skills have been exceptional. Andrew responded very quickly to my texts and also provided valuable suggestions and recommendations for a couple of other things that I needed done around the house.
