Michael Lallo just finished a job for me that turned out unbelievably great. I live in a mobile home that had wallpaper over paneling in my livingroom, as well as 2 very large ugly built in shelf units. Michael hung drywall, textured, and painted the walls and ceiling. They look fabulous and very updated. He also cut the wall units off at the base (which couldn't be removed because they were built into the floor) and turned them into more like a buffet type unit. I cannot say enough good about this contractor. He arrives on time, communicates so well, and is extremely considerate of any inconvenience that any construction naturally causes. I highly recommend this guy to anyone.

We used Michael Lallo for dry wall repair, new walls we put in with our remodel, as well as indoor and outdoor paint. His timing was perfect for our needs. He stayed within budget and his work ethic was fabulous. He is a good communicator and seemed to be on the same page as me throughout the process, so there was no awkwardness regarding conversation and expectations. He has integrity and made sure all the details were addressed. I like the edges to be precise and clean, he does that. I have had other contractors that missed the mark, and it did cost me more time and money. So we have been incredibly happy with Michael, we will refer him and use him again when necessary, because we are now investing in additional properties that need attention.

Michael painted our cabinets and our interior walls. He did an amazing job and was sooo professional. Since some of our cupboards had previous paint he did a very good job making sure everything matched perfectly. He took his time and also was extremely efficient.
