Called to make appointment, they told me 1. Then called back and said 1-4!!! I called at 330, no answer! Called at 4 then they kept hanging up acting like I was inconveniencing them ! I called at 4 and they got mad and said we told u they have until 4 , by that time it was almost 5!! No answers where the election was!! Then the person who had a very bad reception said well can you call the guy he’s not answering me !! I’m supposed to do your job ?? It was 6 by then u said I want my deposit back !! DO NOT USE if you need something very important done , definitely don’t value your time !! Then called and said oh your guy had an emergency he wasn’t answering our calls either , but we can come next week Mon or Tue !! Smh

Thought I was going to wait a few days to get my issue fixed, but they had a cancellation and called me back the same day. The young man that they sent out was super respectful. I only needed some wiring switched out in my breaker box and he got it done super fast! Friendly, fast, and did a great job! 5 stars!

Apex Electric Contractors is an electrical company that has reliable, courteous and efficient electricians. They are reasonable in their prices and true to estimates. They do a clean and a very professional job including the clean-up. They did an amazing job at my home last week on Tuesday by replacing a whole wiring system in my house and were very competent. I think they deserve a 10 star rating for their great service.

The technician was very punctual time and very proficient in removing and installing the new lights. They do a marvelous work at a very fair price. We are scheduling more work to update other outdated light fixtures for newer high efficiency ones. We will hire them again!!!
