By far the worse electrical company that I have experienced. My builder used them to construct my new home in 2021 and from the beginning, there were issues. I had a flood light that was added to my home with no on and off switch in which I had to call them and have them install one so the light could be turned off. A few other issues, but when I built my home, I paid to had drops put in my kitchen for my pin lights to be installed at a later date. We'll, when I uncovered the supposed drops for my lights.... on one side was a hole looking straight in to my ceiling... nothing there but one big cord and the second hole, a blue cup with nothing in it. I called apex after I damaged the main electrical service line into my house. I had heard their ad on the local radio. Jeremy long and his crews did an outstanding job with my repair from beginning to end. They quickly scheduled a next day appointment to assess safety despite being fully booked. They worked late to make sure the repair was done right. It's hard to find quality these days and someone who gives a darn. Easily one of the best electrical contractors in the midlands. I had a lot of difficult, custom requests to modify my 25 year old home. The manager came out himself to go over the work scope with me. They were able to meet and exceed every expectation I had, and didn’t even have to cut any holes in my drywall. They are magicians! Their work was fast and high quality. Would recommend Apex to anyone needing electrical work in the Columbia area.

The manager, Jeremy, takes the time to listen to your electrical issues and ensures you are completely happy with his team's work before they leave the job site. We had an issue in our home where the electrical items in my 80 yr. old mother's suite was overloading the circuit breaker for that room. She was having to get up in the middle of the night and stumble out to our garage to flip the breaker back on so she could turn her oxygen machine and lights back on. Apex Electric came to our house (our house is a new home), and without hesitation installed two dedicated 20 amp breakers for two of her outlets. The owner (Jeremy) wanted to make sure my mother could turn her space heater on when she was cold and that her oxygen machine never kicked off. If you are looking for a good, honest company with extreme integrity...Apex Electric is the company to use. I highly recommend them.
