We had our 11-year-old tinted and textured concrete floor refinished by Apex Flooring. Robert made our dull, cracked floor look like glossy, beautiful natural stone. He was professional, responsive, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job. If you have any kind of stone, brick or concrete floor, we highly recommend him.

I recently had my stained concrete floor stripped and redone because the old sealer was flaking and peeling. I got a few quotes and selected Robert of Apex Flooring the do the job. He showed up on time and stood behind his work. There was a problem with the first sealer that was applied. He came back, reprepped the floor, and applied and different product. The floor is great now, I am very happy with it. Again, Robert is very knowledgeable and stands behind his work.

Had the owner come by and say they could do our room. He said he would email the quote within 2 days. After reminding him, nicely several times, we have heard nothing back. Very disappointed. Your word means nothing. Shame.
