Excellent job. Showed up on time and repaired deadbolt lock, frame shim where strike deadbolt inserts, tested everything and then asked me to test with key. All Ok - tighten front door screws. Standard service call from Elmsford + small repair charge.

OMG so happy we called Apex Locksmith and Hardware. (Just off the heels of a bad experience with a different locksmith.) In desperation we called Hastings Paint and Hardware for a recommendation. Without hesitation, they said to call Apex. Person answering phone at Apex dispatched a locksmith named Greg. He came out right away. He evaluated the problem. He returned the next day with the correct hardware and installed a new lock for us. Had it been an emergency, he would have done it all in the same day. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and prices very reasonable. This is going to be our go-to locksmith going forward. Can't possibly thank Greg and Apex enough.
