I was having some mold concerns in my garage. Patrick came by and did a full home mold inspection with a professional detailed report. He not only advised on the issues I was having in my garage, but thanks to his full home inspection he located a leak in my ceiling due to a loose air duct. I was able to get an AC company out ASAP to fix the duct and potentially save me thousands in future mold remediation and repair work.
