Apex Parking Garage

I would give them a zero rating if I could. I made a reservation on November 13th for EWR parking from November 27th through December 4th. When I got there on 27th, a rude person stopped us at the gate and stopped at the gate and said lot is full there's no room. When I showed him the order confirmation from Way.com, the portal for Apex among other vendors for parking, he got very combative and lurched towards me. At that point, I decided, it wasn't worth it getting in physical confrontation and got out of there and found another parking spot at Victoria Parking which charged us nearly twice as much, but were very courteous and professional. I am trying to resolve the issue with Way.com matter in a way where I don't end up taking the hit for premium to find a spot at the last minute.

I should have believed the bad reviews about this place. I got my car back with big scratches on the side! When I told the guy who brought my car back about it, he said ‘come back tomorrow to show the car to the manager’. I won’t be coming back since I don’t go there every day and had to leave with a damaged car. Don’t park your car here!!

Why is the monthly rate so cheap when compared to other ICON spots? I know why... AVOID this place if you value and care about your car. They got my car into an accident and initially took NO responsability. I got a loaner vehicle while the car was being fixed (eventually Icon did took responsibility) and guess what!? They screwed that one too! The worst part is that they tried to hide the loaner damage but it was macroscopically visible. Don't be fooled by the fake "friendliness" of the personnel, your car will suffer... and you will regret your decision.

The worst parking garage ever! The parking attendants catered mostly to their own people and the rich folks. The parking is very very expensive and l believe that they up the fee every month on selective customers. They also very dishonest, they will damage your car and denied that they did it. Also, one of the major problem there is a laugage barrier. How could you be in a customer service business when you cannot speak the language? SMH

Stay away from this garage, trust me. They are destroying my car. Every time I take it out, it's COVERED in dust, debris, sometimes soda, and then I noticed the scratches. Dealing with ICON has also been a bit nightmarish. The manager there, Santos, is one of the most unprofessional "managers" i've ever dealt with----he initially refused to help me file an insurance claim through ICON corporate until I finally was able to get them involved. Stay away from this lot and stay away from ICON lots in general. Trust me.
