The team from Apex did a great job replacing our metal roof from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. When they noticed some damaged wood sheeting, they took photos and sent them to me (off the damaged areas as well as the completed repairs). They put tarps down to collect falling screws during the removal and then did two walk-troughs afterwards looking for any screws or sharp objects that could puncture a tire. The owner also came out after the work was all done to inspect it. He noted an area around the chimney that didn't look as good as he thought it should, so he ordered some additional material (at no cost to us) and had has his crew come out and redo that section. Very happy with the finished product!
