I recently had Apex Residential Solutions LLC come out to clean and check my heating system, and they did an outstanding job. The technician arrived right on time, was professional and friendly, and explained everything he was doing as he went. My system is running more efficiently now, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. It’s great to work with a company that’s honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. I just want to thank the staff and administration team for helping to solve my issue with my compressor. Reggie and Barney were very helpful in explaining the process to fix my ac unit and the cost associated to the repair. Your team saved me a lot of money by explaining to register my Goodman ac unit warranty within 60 days. I appreciate the service and communication.

The technician Idris Deyji from Apex was nice and helpful and very polite! Was on time! And came first thing in the morning at 8:30 am! Absolutely great! but the representative who called me to set up the appointment was not helpful. Her response was basically “ok oh well I don’t really care”when I expressed my issues regarding the situation and appointment time, poor customer service.

The company had great conversation leading up to the appointment. They sent texts couple days before, the day before, and when enroute. When they arrived I couldn’t speak to them much bc I have an infant and it was their nap time. However they worked quietly, and addressed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Left the area clean. Only thing is we weren’t given the diagnosis. Maybe bc the order came through a 3rd party. Idk.

A representative from Apex called me before I could even select the times for availability, that really impressed me. Also the representative kept me updated on arrival times and delays. The technicians arrived within scheduled time frame, were very professional and worked to get my heat going in a timely manner. Thanks!
