APEX Roofing

Before we put our house on the market, we wanted to make sure our roof was in good shape. It had a few issues we needed taken care of (around our chimney a few shingles were popping up). We called Apex because they are local (we are in Georgetown/Berry Creek area). Mike Harry came to inspect the next day and was able to fix the roof issues right then and there for a reasonable price, and even helped with re-caulking the pipes and gave them a fresh spray coat so they look brand new. He even blew out our gutters while he was up there! After a thorough inspection, he gave us a clean bill of health and assured us when the house gets inspected by a home inspector, he'd come back out if anything came up after his inspection. I didn’t think I’d ever write a review for a roofing company, but Adam and Mario and their team provided exemplary service that I just had to give them a shout out and recommend Apex Roofing to others! They replaced several of our roofs in the Mueller neighborhood and did a wonderful job. Adam and Mario were on site every day, and even did the inspections themselves at the end to make sure there were no issues. Apex Roofing installed an Attic Breeze Gen3 solar attic fan on our roof. Tristen, the salesman as well as the installer, was a tremendous help making sure we knew the advantages of their product as well as what makes a good installation. He was careful to remove the previous passive vent that came with the house (built 3 years ago). He successfully installed the Attic Breeze 45W (1925 CFM) model. He matched the existing shingles exactly and made sure the fan was completely sealed into the roof. I have to assume for now that the fan continues to operate as desired, since it has so little operating sound that we cannot hear it running from within the house. Form the start Team Apex was professional and responsive and and communicated in a manner that was reassuring that Team Apex was qualified and experience in the Roofing trade. Though the estimate was higher than other but my experience in somethings as important as your house's roof cost is second to understanding and peace of mine of a quality work for years to come. We recently had our roof replaced and two attic fans by APEX. Colton gave great customer service during whole process. The roof inspection was simple and included pictures with explanations of the issues. He coordinated the removal and replacement of our Solar Panels. The team was very efficient and got the roof replaced in one day. They clean up all of the debris from the removal and even went into the neighbors yard to get debris that ended up in their yard. I highly recommend Apex roofing.
