Needed an emergency clean out for our septic tank on a Saturday. Ashley did a great job getting us on the schedule right away. Rodney came 2 hours early and did an extremely thorough job! Even though is was on the weekend he did not rush through it. They both had the "We'll Get It Done Attitude"! Thanks again

Got a water heater replaced. Was it very pleasantly surprised when I called and was told they could do the work the very next day. They sent out technician Blake and he gave me the cost of the work. After I agreed to what they needed for the work he wouldn't get the parts and someone else to help with the work from start to finish the job was done within 4 hours. Very pleased with Blake and Mike and their work ethic they were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company if you need Plumbing work and done quickly.

Aaron and Casey did a great job fixing our tankless water heater. They were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Their work functions great, looks great and they really did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Zack also came out to check out our furnace and while talking with the three of them we decided to get service contract to keep our plumbing, hvac and electrical systems serviced and running smoothly all year long. Service from both technicians were extremely good. First I had Joseph April come out during the time scheduled to consult on my issue. Everything I had predicted was what it was and immediately got on the phone to call for Septic pumping through the company and was able to get them out Later that afternoon. I also talk to Rodney Raley. also, extremely thorough with Customer Service and service provided. I was able to have genuine small talk about my situation which is helpful information. I called Apex because my sewer line was blocked and started backing up into my house. Oscar and Elijah responded quickly even though it was after hours, which I really appreciated. Once they arrived they were extremely polite and had the issue resolved within no time. They also got me an estimate by the next morning for the additional required repairs. Outstanding service, fast response, and great communication. I highly recommend Apex and especially Oscar and Elijah!
