Wow wow wow! Dustin and his team at Apex Specialty Contracting have exceeded all expectations! Prior to working with the team, we felt so disconnected from our home. They made us feel incredibly confident in our flip as first time home owners! No question or task was too big! Dustin and the team provided the guidance we needed along the way. Their kindness, thoroughness and excellent craftsmanship allowed for a fantastic experience! They truly turned a house into a home! Not sure if I met another Dustin than in the other reviews but my experience was widely different. Dustin initially was agreeable and came over twice for a total of 1hr to conduct what I thought was a thorough assessment of building a standard and straightforward cement deck. Based off initial assessment by Dustin, I signed by choice a contract within a budget that was doable. Despite clear view of electrical wiring going underneath porch and providing him with photos- no electrical permitting or mention of needing to move the entire system to a different house wall was mentioned until after I signed. No mention of needing a survey as well until after paperwork was signed and check was written- despising asking prior if he needed anything from me before finalizing the estimate. My bill ju

Dustin & his various sub contractors were easy to work with , professional, provided detailed instructions & info when asked 👌. Even had an issue with new concrete slab had cracks right after slab had cured,… I called to request repair,… One sub contractor came out repaired but did a shotty job,… Dustin called me to follow up, I was upset, He understood and immediately sent out a crew of 3 to re repair again and like they : 3’s a charm. I’d recommend Apex but I’d compare prices,… other than what I paid ( more than I wanted),… They get two thumbs 👍 up !

Very trustworthy, professional company that truly takes pride in their work and manages timelines extremely well. Our project felt seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our newly remodeled home. We are looking forward to many years enjoying our new space. Highly recommend reaching out to them!!
