Moe was very thorough in his inspection. He explained our particular insect/pest, the chemical he would use (and any effects on pets, etc.). He also shared ways we could help keep them at bay! He took his time treating all affected areas, was very kind and non-pressuring for additional services but did leave us with additional quotes if we were interested. Valued employee and great technician.

Tyler has been doing service at my house for more than a year. He’s always friendly and thorough. I appreciate that Friendly Pest is consistent with their employees and if I ever need service between scheduled appointments they’re very responsive.

I was very impressed with the level of service received by the technician, Tony. He came inside to treat for ants in the kitchen and bathroom/ laundry room sinks. Tony pointed out the path of the ants/ origin point. My wife and I are very appreciative of his attention to detail, the dusting of outdoor entry areas and placement of both types of pesticide treatments. Tony is a hard worker, very knowledgeable and truly terrific at his trade.

After having worked with 4 different pest control companies, we finally found one that really cares about the satisfaction of their clients. They are knowledgeable, thorough and proactive when conducting their routine visits, making sure that any possible pest break-ins are properly addressed. Tyler is a very personable, committed and professional. He is never in a hurry and always in a good mood. He's very careful around the house and with our curious cat.
