Phoenix Pest Management and Wildlife Control

I have a large rodent (half raccoon/half opossum) nighttime gathering in my very small, urban backyard. Scott spent an hour of his time talking to me about what is possible, what the city ordinances are, and many other very helpful tips. I will definitely use their services! I am so impressed with their proprietary rat poison that does not harm other animals or birds of prey.

I love Phoenix Pest Management! Austin is strategic in his application and takes the time to educate and give wise advice. He impressed me in so many ways, one of which was by identifying a snake species by looking at a photo of it's skin. He handled a nasty ant infestation around my toilet with such respect. He's careful to ensure everything is pet safe, never misses a wasp nest. There is always a text when he's on his way and he's never late. My favorite quality about Austin is he feels like home, brings a good energy into your house and it's so genuine. He truly cares about his clients and I feel lucky to have him handle the pest control in my home. Everyone needs an Austin in their life, he is wonderful!

After calling a few other places I called Phoenix.i was sent Scott.I was very impressed by his knowledge not only with the company but with the job I needed done. I had Rats in my attic and Scott went right to work that first day he was here.He is a very personable guy. I Felt comfortable having him in my home which was 1 reason I went with Phoenix after meeting a few other companies. I did not feel pressured or pushed into anything. When I had questioned and called Scott he returned my call right away.. I heard something in my cabinet I text Scott he came back here set another trap and sure enough the rat was caught within hours.
