I came in to Apex supply today and was helped by gentleman named Jeff. I had a rather unique issue that I wasn't sure I could even explain well, Jeff understood exactly what I was needing and was able to give me all the right advice and settle my issue very quickly. This is my first time coming to Apex supply and my first time dealing with Jeff. I'll be more than happy to do so again in the future. I cannot recommend Apex or Jeff highly enough. My water heater was under warranty and got the new parts quickly. Jeff was kind enough to explain what needed to be done and what videos to watch for help. I got the water heater fixed. Even called back with an additional question and he explained about the ignition reset and remembered how far away I lived. Offered suggestions for other places to get the new parts.
