Company was made aware that they mistakenly had cut a hole in our shower surround that was not needed by the plumber. After verbally agreeing to install a decorative piece around the entire shower to correct the issue, when they did come to fix it, they put a square piece over a round hole and left it like that. It looks atrocious.
