Working with Andrew was a great experience. Five stars from start to finish. Nice installer, great at what they do. Softest carpet in town and love the coretec hard flooring behind the bar. When shopping against the likes of Home Depot, Flooring Interiors didn’t only cost less but was also much better quality (both installation and material). Flooring Interiors was the perfect choice to help us complete our STL fan cave. Highly recommend.

Drop off point for my Grandson sometimes. I hear this is a family run business. And they do a good job.

I was very happy dealing with Madison at this store she was awesome from start to finish. She knew what she was talking about and if she didn't she would find out quickly.She let me take some samples home so I can compare them in my room. I finally made a decision after checking at the Big Box stores Who give you no personal service at all. I would definitely refer anybody to this place for flooring, great experience.

No prices listed anywhere in the store. Employees don’t know pricing either. If you’re on a budget this isn’t the place for you. When we asked for more affordable options he rolled his eyes and told us we’d have to pick out something we liked and then he’d let us know the price. Lots of hidden fees and the young man with glasses that we worked with was extremely rude and combative. Rolled his eyes over 6 times at us while we were in the store until we finally walked out. Right after we drove across the bridge to Clark Flooring next to Home Depot in South County and the experience was night and day.

I've waited 3 weeks to get an estimate sent to me for some damage I needed to have repaired to my hardwood floors. I called several times and had to give my information over and over. Still no estimate. Finally I was told that the person I needed to talk to would be out of town for a week. Forget it. Won't use this business. I also think it's interesting that on their facebook page you only see the best review and not the bad ones. Another reason I won't use them.
