API Action Plumbing LLC

They were subcontracted via Repipe Specialist to repipe our house. They broke one of our toilets during the repipe and refuse to take responsibility for it. I had to call several times and it always went straight to voicemail. After initially reporting it one of the workers came by the following night without any forewarning and said that they would probably be back in two days and that we should hear from API in the meantime. The worker did not return on Thursday and it took a week and calling Repipe Specialist again to finally hear from API. We were also told that we needed to purchase bath/shower kits for them to install. They only installed the handle portion of the kits. We will not be utilizing their services again and suggest that you don't either.

Very professional, trustworthy and experienced team. They were punctual and explained to me exactly what was going on every step of the way. Price was fair and they finished the job quickly without sacrificing quality.
