Aplus Quality Flooring

Max with Aplus Quality Flooring installed flooring in my basement back in June 2021. His worker, Peter, did all the work and did a great job, thus the 1 star. However, The floor trim was not installed because enough trim was not initially ordered. Once the trim was delivered in July 2021, I kept calling Max to see when he was going to finish the floor. Max kept providing excuse after excuse. Only after the person that referred Max to me called him in October 2021 did Max contact me. He said he would call the following week to let me know when he was going to finish the job. I have not heard from Max since. I used this guy (Max) for years and then he became a THIEF and a LIAR. He took our monies and disappeared. He would make all kind of false promises and then just not return call. He would come back , not complete anything and ask for more money. He will use your money to go compete someone elses work. He stuck us for months with lies, lies, and more lies we had to hire another contractor to finish our work. His business addresses are all fake. DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!

Max took 4,000 dollars from us to do the job he promised us to do. He did very minimal work and has stopped responding. This man is nothing but a heartless monster and should never be trusted. If anyone has more information about this man please share so we can stop him for good.
