He was patient with my odd questions and explained thoroughly what mite be needed in the near future to take care of the wheel in the furnace by removing it and cleaning it! This company is disorganized. I'm frustrated because their disorganization is the gift that keeps on giving. We had 4 units installed 8 months ago. My neighbors asked me why they had to come back a half a dozen times. They made a lot of mistakes. They cut a hole in a shear wall. It took them 6 months to repair it. They failed to update piping diameters and had to come back. They put an extra vent pipe in at my request and added the wrong shape in the wrong place, that had to be moved. I just found out about the Oregon Energy Trust rebates. They failed to mention it and it had to be done within 60 days. In Arizona, from where I recently moved, the contractors typically filed such paperwork for us. Apollo didn't even mention it. i found out about it from another contractor for a different
