I was so impressed with Austin. He did a great job and didn't leave until he made sure I was completely satisfied. A company's reputation is reflected on how their employees interact with the customers. Austin is a keeper, for sure. Apollo Home is lucky to have him on their team. We had some plumbing and electrical issues recently fixed and the guys that came out were awesome. Stephen Akers did our plumbing and did an amazing job. Aiden Berry did some drywall repair and also did an awesome job. The electrical team we had were the stars of the show though. We have an old house with old wiring and nothing was how it should be and the three electricians we had were beyond awesome. Eric Siereveld, Chris Treadway, and Tyler Sirn! They were professional, polite, patient and more. Especially Tyler, he was out the most dealing with our wonky house and left us feeling very well cared for. The technician, Ed Brewer was very friendly and professional. A very likable person. He showed understanding and compassion for my situation. He restored the drywall so that it looked like it never happened. The paint match is perfect. Ed did what was needed to get everything finished and looking great within the current budget.I would recommend Ed and will ask for him again in the future

I hate leaving negative reviews because it might be an isolated problem. I had a hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. I scheduled an appointment with Apollo to have it diagnosed and hopefully repaired. They were quick to respond even in the cold weather. When the tech came into the house, he just looked...didn't touch the hot water heater, and proceeded to tell me I needed a new water heater. No testing, no meter, nothing. He didn't even pretend to check anything. Was it a lose wire? Bad thermocouple? Clogged pilot assembly? Don't know. Was it a $50.00 repair? Don't know. Just said new water heater. I asked him to leave because I felt that the only intention was to sell me a new water heater regardless of what the problem was with my old one. I did have ANOTHER company come o

Ed Brewer is a true craftsman and he is very courteous. I needed my 1929 home to have plaster patching. He was expert and his painting restored my home to what is was. I could not be happier with the quality restoration.
