Apollo Sewer & Plumbing

Don’t waste your time (pun intended). Apollo came out to fix a blockage with our sink. The plumber who responded snaked out the sink and told us it was cleared out to the street. Come to find out this was not the case when our plumbing backed up into our shower and toilet. We had an independent contractor come out due to the emergent circumstances. He advised us that the sink was never snaked to the street. It was pushed further into the plumbing of our home which caused an even bigger blockage after time. I called Apollo to explain the situation and see if they would come out to take a look at the issue. I was met with excuses and interruptions while just trying to explain the situation. We needed our hot water heater replaced and Apollo came recommended. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and Bob came over within 20 min. He gave me a quote and offered to come the next day. He and another employee came at the appointed time and worked hard to finish the repair. They didn't leave until the job was finished and everything was cleaned up to perfection. I was impressed with their pricing, professionalism and getting how hard they worked to get the job done. I highly recommend them!

My daughter’s bathroom had a leaky valve. Not only did Apollo send someone out the same day, but shout out to Bob because he tightened the valve FOR FREE and was so nice about it! I highly recommend their services, especially Bob!

My Son bought a home in Old Bridge the prior owner had to have the sewer line repaired before closing the sewer line ran under the paver walkway Apollo came out and fixed the line. The ground around the Sewer line collapsed 12 days after the repair along with the paver walkway. After several calls to them they had the nerve to say the contract wasn’t with my son so they are not responsible for not filling in the trench properly and refused to repair the damage that they created. Even the town inspector said they used the wrong fill and did not tamp the it down. He was extremely rude on the phone. We have used Apollo for all of our plumbing needs since moving to the area. They are very professional, quick to respond and have done great work at our home. Having an older home it’s hard to find people who will get into all the hard to reach crawl spaces and do the hard/ unique work that comes with a very old home. They come through every time. Anthony has been great and done most of the work at our home, and we have had Bob and someone else also do work at our home. No issues with anyone! They were all knowledgeable and kind. We have had literally had almost every type of plumbing job you could think of done by Apollo from new sewer, running new gas lines, new hot water heater, drain problems, outdoor spigots, and even a well issue. They are great and I would definitely recommend them
