Exotic Koncrete

I have only the best things to say about Carlos and his team. He and I went back and forth for months over plans for a large addition to our home, helping us tweak options to make the most of our money so we can maintain our budget. Once the work began, they moved fast and efficient. We have clay soil and bad drainage issues which we knew would be an issue once we dug and it was, flooding the entire area. The crew got the flooding under control, installed drainage pipes inside and out, and finished the foundation. Everything drains perfect now. In addition to the quality job they did, Carlos is a great guy. Very straightforward and honest. I’ll be hiring them back once we’re ready for patio and walkways.

Exotic Koncrete was extremely professional. Carlos and Mathew came to look at my backyard and discussed every detail for the job. We scheduled a date for work to start, and the crew was professional and arrived on time. The job was to prep and pour a slab 16x22 in my backyard for a metal building. We recently hired Exotic Koncrete to rebuild a 100 year old stone wall alongside my driveway which was falling down. Carlos and his son Matthew, the owners, were up to the task. The project involved removing the existing stone, professionally cleaning them, installing a reinforcing block wall, and very carefully and artistically replacing the stones. The result is a new two tiered stone wall which is incredibly strong and looks like it was created a century ago. We have also used Exotic Koncrete for foundation work and hardscaping. They are very professional and take time to explain each step in the process. Their prices are competitive and they work efficiently, getting the job done on time.
