Wet Scape Lawn Sprinklers - Sprinkler System Installation & Repair

Had my system turned on for the Spring about a month ago. I noticed there was a problem with one of the zones. I called and they scheduled a technician right away. Jim came out on time (he even messaged me when he was on his way) and he was great. He was very thorough and explained everything. He re-checked the system, made some additional adjustments that had nothing to do with my initial call, and everything is working perfectly. I'd highly recommend these guys.

The Wet Scape Technician, Alex came right on time. Very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The original call was about potential head replacements. We went through each head, he adjusted each and replaced obvious failures. He then made recommendations on others that were on the fence, not immediately saying I had to replace them. In the end, I did but he wasn't pushy. Wet Scape pricing is normal for the service. We've been dealing with Wet Scape for over 10-years, they installed the system and won't use anyone else.

Got a house some months back and was totally confused with the sprinkler system in place as had no idea how it works and no idea about it and called this company based on the reviews. It took a while as the appoontment was setup 3 weeks later. But should tell you guys that the wait was totally worth it. The guys who came, Jim (guess full name was Jim Fraley), he was a great guy who thoroughly explained us every single thing and did a thorough review of all the 7 zones and came up with some repairing of one of the zone which we did and now the entire system works smoothly and with no issues. Apart from explaining all these, he also did a great job in teaching me and my mother of how the entire system works and how we can update the settings and all which was definitely not the reason why

They put in my whole system for my house 5 zones in city water. Price was good and the work was done timely. System works great and coverage was fantastic.

Jim was on time, professional and does his job well. Over such a long and cold winter he knew exactly what was needed to get my property back in shape.
