I placed an order for 35 treated 6”x6” Timbers to line my driveway, and Mike at the service counter, saved me money by recognizing my mistake when I first asked for 8x8” treated wood, which were significantly more expensive. When he asked about my project, he saved me even more by offering a lower grade timber, perfect for my use! The delivery driver was kind and thoughtful, and was skilled at dropping my load exactly where I asked him to put it! I will be use if them for all my projects!

Very friendly and customer service oriented. Aaron unloaded me and was great. I don't know that I've EVER had a customer help me roll my tarp ✊🏾🤎

Be careful with these thieves. I use American Express Platinum for all of my business purchases. I've never had a problem before. However, when I tried to make some purchases here, they first said they don't take American Express. After speaking to the accounts department I learned that they can and do take American Express, but they charge you a whopping 10% premium! Unbelievable! OK, I understand that AMEX fees can be (only) a half of percent higher than other cards, but this is crazy, crooked, and unethical (and maybe illegal, I don't now). In addition, their prices are higher, their quality has slipped, and their customer service is terrible (the delivery guy was great, though). It was too late to cancel my order, so I used a personal card instead of my business AMEX. Never again, tho
