Ramon Rd next to Palm Springs Airport there was a lot of traffic going east today due to street closures. This Apparatus Air conditioning employee thought it would be a good idea to fake going left then cut us off (and like 40 other cars) from a left turn only lane. Impatient and self centered people.

I can’t say enough about Apparatus Air! Luis, the owner, has been nothing but professional, efficient, and effective. He always has a great attitude and is able to service any of my properties as needed – many times in the heat of the Summer when time is of the essence. What I love about Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is that I can call whenever I am having trouble with my unit, and Luis will come at his earliest convenience. He has always been very respectful. His customer service has always set the bar for any other company that I talk to about anything going on in my home. Luis and his son, (also named Luis but pronounced slightly differently so we know which "Luis" we are talking to!) were professional, helpful and reasonable. They installed my new ac system, and new coil and a new motor, (all clearly needed as mine was a very old system), and did it at a reasonable price. They were very polite and also timely in arriving for our appointment. It's nice to work with people who genuinely care and who work together to meet your needs. Would highly recommend Apparatus AC. Luis and his team replaced the HVAC system in our newly purchased home in Sun City Palm Desert, and did an excellent job at a very competitive price. The follow-up has been just as great as the initial proposal process and installation.
