Just ran into an Apple Valley Electric pickup truck outside Starbucks. Rude. Could have caused an accident as he backed out next to me while I was backing out. He parked right next to me so there was no confusion as to who started backing out first. Please train your drivers in driving courtesy. 2:15 PM.

Had them out to install 3 fans. It took MAYBE an hour and a half and I got billed for 2 and a half hours. called to try to figure it out and the owner wouldnt speak to me. Made his secretary handle everything. They tried to say I was billed because of "travel time" but they are less than 10 minutes away. I expected they would pull that so I made sure to explain to them that 30 minutes total drive time, including traffic should NOT be over $100. After that they FINALLY lowered my bill to a semi-reasonable amount. If the electrician had not stood around trying to talk and drag the time on forever, the job could have been done in an hour, so I basically got billed to listen to him talk about his kids and old house. Really skilled electricians- very friendly and efficient! We had a job that was high priority and Apple City was quick to do the work for us even though they are so busy! Thank you, you all are great!

In looking for an electrician to do some residential work, I called every company that showed in my Google search looking for at least a couple quotes to compare. Apple City was the ONLY company that called me back and I am glad they did! Greg Reed came to my house, looked at my projects, made suggestions and promptly got me an estimate. Mark came out the same day we called and found the outlet that was shorting out, replaced it with a new one. He checked everything to make sure it was working good. Very professional, quick, and friendly.
