Just had my first and last experience with Mike Kilmer and Apple Irrigation! Very unprofessional guy. My neighbor recommended Mike for winterization/irrigation system blow out. We arranged the date & time for service: 9am 10/13/2021…he requested I leave the garage door open to access the system controller box, and I explained there isn’t one in garage and there are three separate controller boxes for the 12 zones and they are in separate locations (previous home owner must have self installed system as this is an unusual set up). I told Mike I’ve become familiar with this system over the summer and that I will be home at 9am to help with the service. At 8:35am on day of service he arrives asking where in the garage the controller box is…meanwhile I’m trying to get my 3 elementary aged
Moved into a new home, sprinkler system needed a once over. Steve came out, gave me the run down and explained everything in great detail. I'll be calling these guys to come back and winterize for sure. Highly recommend.
