Everyone at K-B was wonderful to work with. They sealed two abandoned wells for us. Our well were in a difficult spot to reach and no other company would even give an estimate after looking at them. DJ gave us an estimate, explained the whole process, worked with the MDH inspector, and even came in UNDER the estimate. They gave us a heads up every time they came out and showed up right when they said. I am very pleased with their work.

Kimmes Bauer was amazing! I had no water pressure and I left them a message in the evening, non-emergency. They called me back promptly in the morning, and sent out a technician within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue, communicated with me right away what his recommendations were, and went ahead with the repair after my approval. It was fixed within three hours and he called me back to give me clear follow-up instructions. I had a couple of questions later and he answered my questions clearly and was very friendly and helpful. My well has been working perfectly since and the repair cost was very reasonable! I will definitely hire them again for any future well issues.

I had some significant well service today and wanted to share how delighted I was from the moment I called this morning until the work was completed this afternoon. I have called Kimmes-Bauer a couple times over the 20 years I've had a well for phone support when having other water appliances installed in my home. They've always had top notch phone "manners" but, the work today was two guys, lots of pipe, and significant labor. Once again, they proved that everyone in their company has great customer service, plus the WELL expertise I needed for my problems. I don't anticipate any issues for years to come but when I do, I won't consider anyone else. They are fair, they were prompt, they were expert AND they were nice.
