Andy and Michael came out in a timely manner and inspected my heating/cooling system. No real issues found other than the age of the current heating/cooling system. Which is good to hear but did recommend having someone come out and price out a new system. They were very knowledgeable on questions I had and explained in detail how my current system is working. No repairs needed at this time. Well worth the cost of having them check and inspect what we have. Thanks fellas, John

Was a great experience from the quote to the install. All personnel were professional, efficient and thoughtful. Even in a snow storm the did not make a mess and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Ethan came out to one of our rental properties and assessed the fireplace unit. He communicated what the issue was. He cleaned the unit and called once he was done. He did a great job. We are very happy with the communication leading up to and during the appointment, billing process, and follow-up communication.

I had very good repairmen. My fireplace works great now. Two different repairmen did the work. One did the diagnostics, the other did the repair. Because there was a few days wait to get the parts.

The team from Comfort by Design was prompt and personable! This crew was very respectful of my home and even took the time to ask about pets in the home that they would need to be extra careful about. The install was done thoroughly and in good time. I am very pleased with my new gas fireplace!
