Apple Moving

We just moved from Fort Wainwright to Fort Benning. Fast forward to today: our team from Apple Moving was absolutely incredible. The team leader John was so professional. He arrived ahead of the other two members of the crew to walk us through the paperwork, tell us exactly what everything meant, show us how to go about getting claims sent up if we needed to, and how they would go about unloading everything so we were prepared (we have a baby). Then, Jordan and Guy showed up, and it got even better! They started at 10:30 AM (gave us an hour heads up), and had our entire house unloaded into the house by 2:30 PM ahead of the rain! They handled all of our belongings like they were their own, and John made sure to inspect everything coming from the crates so we could take pictures in the even

Jacquline and Shon did our pack out today. They did a phenomenal and sufficient job. We had zero issues. They both were very nice and fun to talk to. I would request these two amazing ladies for your packing. They did an excellent job for us!! I am very pleased.

If you are put in a position to use this company, I highly advise against it. I suggest you file a complaint with your local transportation office. They single-handedly destroyed thousands of dollars worth of HHG’s.

Very friendly moving company, got it done fairly quickly. Although I don’t think they broke most of the stuff that showed up, most likely the pack out company did it. Hundreds of dollars of goods broken. However, they were very rough with our goods just pulling them and dragging them off of the truck even after telling them about the major sentimental value of some of the furniture. Caused several scuffs on the walls and said the would take care of them but just took off and never did.

Thank you so much for the very hard work that you did! We had a tremendous amount to move and Rico, Christopher and Jaqwan did an amazing job. They are all extremely professional, courteous and work very quickly. They answered all questions and helped in every way possible. This team really impressed us and made our difficult move much easier! I hope they get a raise, because they deserve it!
