These guys!!! Apple Roofing was out in Grand Island, inspecting my neighbors home. Since I’d noticed a spot of water damage on my own ceiling, I asked if they could come take a look. They not only made time to do a thorough free roof analysis, they remedied the issue for FREE since the repair wound up being an easy fix. As if that wasn’t already enough they took the time to offer education regarding the roof and time tested suggestions to easily remove the water damage from the interior ceiling AND took before and after pictures of the roof repair and sent them to my email address for my personal home records. I’m definitely keeping their card on file, and absolutely will not hesitate to call them if anything roofing related comes up. I’m super selective about who I’m willing to do busines

Apple Roofing was so wonderful to work with!!! The gentleman who initially came to the house for the estimate was so knowledgeable. He sat down with us and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. We had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them! The crew came and worked very thoroughly and quickly. Our roof looks great!! My husband and I are very happy with it!! My insurance company took forever for the rest of my payment to Apple Roofing. Matt was very understanding about it and worked with us. I appreciated the communication with Matt, and this company as a whole, so much!! Anytime I needed to talk to them, I got a call back from the company the same day. I was able to make the final payment yesterday. (Yay!) I will say our entire experience was 10/10. Thanks you guys!!

Shane came out to inspect the roof advise on proper ventilation on a house I recently purchased. I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Roof was good and advice was to watch for problems with venting since we don't know enough about the house yet- he explained what to watch for. It's nice he didn't try to sell vents that may not be needed. He even sealed a couple of nail heads while he was up there. I will definitely give him a call when I need work done!
