I initially had a system issue last summer. My home was under builder’s warranty, but I was referred to Rutt’s. They responded promptly—on a Sunday and reset and tested the system. The issue occurred a few more times but I was able to reset—until recently. I called Rutt’s and they were able to send a technician the following day. The technician, Jose was friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem. Luckily, it was a warranty issue…but I had to wait a couple days for the replacement part. Once the part arrived, I was contacted by the office and Jose returned to install the part. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Rutt’s for any HVAC service and will not hesitate to contact them for any future needs. Very responsive! We called on a Sunday and set an appointment for Monday morning, first thing. They would have come Sunday for a little extra charge, we just weren't available!
