We had a bad leak under our slab (we thought). We were getting pretty desperate and were calling nearly every plumber around and asking family and friends who they recommended. Tim was recommended by a friend of a family member. Tim was able to make it out to us quickly and saw that we had lots of water under our slab and at one point said "I don't have a peaceful, easy feeling about this one" and went on to tell me that we may have multiple problems. He told me he could send someone out the next day and he wrote up a work contract. It was for $3500 for 2 days of work, and then an hourly rate if the job went into the third day and beyond. After two different outrageous Dallas plumbing company quotes I was finally referred to Tim from Appleseed services. I had a major leak on my waterline under my house and they wasted no time getting in the crawl space and identifying the problem. Not only did they fix the issue, he was half the cost I was quoted by two other companies and he walked me through exactly what it was they fixed and explained why it happened. We have used Appleseed Plumbing for many years, not only for simple plumbing issues but also more complex projects. Recently they replaced our two water heaters with one tankless water heater and also installed a new gas line to connect with our new pool heater. They have always done a great job for us and they stand by their work. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs and recommend them to others.

These Guys are great! My elderly mother was having problems with sewage backup in her bathtub and toilets. We called another plumbing company who came out and was having trouble clearing the blockage in the septic system. They finally cleared it but could not tell us what the problem actually was. The told us if it happened again to call them and ask them to bring a camera. What? I have to ask you to bring your equipment? Of course, under a week later the problem happened again. Looked online for another plumber in my area and found Appleseed. So glad I did! Not only did someone actually answer the phone (a big problem out in rural areas) but I was told they would be out that day and I would get text updates as to their ETA. And I actually did!
