Quality Septic

The willing ness to help solve the our septic tank needs was amazing. I had been with a different company for years that would always say there was nothing wrong with our system and never took the time to fix it. I had switched to quality and it was the best decision I have ever made. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable in what I needed to help my septic tanks. I am very appreciative of them and this company and will highly recommended them.

We sold our house 4 years ago and these idiots are still sending us invoices despite the numerous times we've contacted them. edit: How'd the spammer get out mailing list that was created shortly before doing business with your company? Internet is hard, isn't it?

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott today at my new house in Melissa. Scott took his time to explain my septic system to me and what to look for if any issues pop up. Scott was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Scott if you are having septic issues.

Seemed legit. But quickly went sideways. Sales rep came out, I explained what I wanted. He then proceeded to tell me what I wanted was a 40k system. But he had something better. Tried to show me a video, and couldn’t answer simple questions about schematics. Flash forward two weeks. I call the company of the product I wanted and asked about the details I was told. Turns out the rep lied about the price, size of the hole required, and its purpose. I called several other companies inside and outside of the state to verify. He had me sold on his new system, but wouldn’t respond to any forms of contact which tipped me off to ask around. They tried to sell me a new product that was over priced for what it was, and tell me the product I wanted was 3 times the cost. Which was debunked by the comp
