If I could give zero stars, I would. My elderly parents (ages 84 and 83) recently purchased a washer from this place. From day 1, the washer began shaking violently during every load. Small loads. So bad, that 1 time it disconnected the hose and flooded part of their house. My dad called to try to get it fixed or replaced. Didn’t ask for a refund. They are refusing to help at all. Won’t replace or fix it. They sent someone out to do a diagnostic who said there was nothing wrong. He didn’t even stay to watch a load to see what the washer does! These are elderly people on a fixed income who can’t do their laundry now and have only had this washer for less than a month! Absolutely unbelievable!!

A big shout out to Judy and Frank for a great deal of on a dishwasher and a very professional new installation from Frank. I had a short window of opportunity to get it installed so the flooring could be installed and they got it done next day. Pricing and customer service so much better than the big box stores. Give them a chance next time you need an appliance and you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to shop for appliances locally. They're expanding their showroom to have more products to look at. Judy is a great owner and salesperson that does her best to beat any other price out there. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for any appliance.

Our LG fridge died. The next day Judy connected us to Frank and we got a good used fridge for backup. Then after fooling with the home warranty company for a couple weeks, we bought a very nice new fridge for a very nice price. Don't bother with the big box stores in you are in the KRV. Thank you Appliance Center! Now the backup is a beer fridge. ;>)
