After a month of trying to call and driving there hoping to find someone on site only resulted in seeing a closed sign and a stressed dog on a short chain. It's highly unlikely the place is still open for business at all. The reviews suggest there were problems. It's sad to lose local family owned businesses.

We hired Jared to repair our lightly used washing machine and were told that the main board needed to be replaced. He requested $ 345.00 for the part, either by cash or check so we wrote a check. He returned with the wrong part after a few weeks, and left with the part never to return. Despite or requests for the correct part or a refund, he ghosted us and we had to purchase a new washer from Lowes. Since we were not allowed to pay with a credit card, we are out $ 345.00 in addition to the cost of a new washing machine. When we suggested resolving this in small claims court, he said that he was going to contact his attorney because we were harassing him.

I have been using them for years and always will!

Great service! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Had a hiccup when the supplier sent the wrong part but got her done right and I was really impressed that he got us in right away before we had to throw all of our food away. I highly recommend APPLIANCE CLINIC

My brother and I were in TorC to sell off our mothers appliances. We called Jared and he offered us $600.00 for her stove. He didn't quite have the money at the moment. He offered to send us the money to California in a week or so. Well, it has been over five weeks since we have talked to him. He is not returning our calls or text messages. It looks like he is avoiding us. We thought he was an honest man, it didn't turn out that way. If he would just give us a call, we can settle this issue. I will give a higher rating if this should occur.
