M & M Mechanical

In early January 2023 our Furnace quit. Cody responded within 24 hours of our phone call. After first trying to fix the problem it became apparent the old HVAC had to be replaced. Both Cody and Phil were professional and helpful in recommending, pricing and installing the "right unit" for our home and needs. There followup has been fantastic! Very honest, responsive and professional!

On the 1st day of cold temperatures my new heater won't work. Under warranty but I had to get a licensed contractor. I called M&M. Even though they had jobs going they found time to come out to me. Unfortunately I need a part that needs to be ordered they still responded and will be following up to get me going asap. Great company and my go to from now on.

My swamp cooler decided to stop cooling my house in the middle of a NM heat wave. Temperatures of 105. I called M & M Mechanical and spoke with Cody who said he would be here today. He arrived and fixed my problem in less than an hour. He is very courteous and efficient. Sure was my angel today.

M & M installed a new swamp cooler and hauled the old one away. Honest price and honest people. Everything was great.

M & M Mechanical installed a 5 zone mini split heating and cooling system in a  commercial building for me and another 2 zone system for my home. They are professional and skilled technicians and are reasonably priced. They are also just really honest and kind people who do great work. I am very happy I chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling!
