Steve came out the next day to look at my washer. The seal came off the door and I couldn't get it back on. He found some damage to the drum suspension which prevented the seal from lining up. He gave a decent price and a 3-5 day window to return. Two days later he called and said he was on his way. He replaced the parts and stuck to the price. He ran it and waited to make sure it was good. He was polite, courteous, responsive, and reasonable. Will use him again and recommend to others.
I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and professional...I would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs appliance repair...

This is great place to employ someone with a lack of generosity of spirit. Ive used him in the past but will no longer call him. He spent all of 5 minutes for which there was no real problem, pointed our the error and walked away with $100. Your call.
