The Appliance Doctor is legit. I called and he texted right back. I gave him a run down of my issue with my Jenn Air dishwasher and he responded with potential fixes and what local supplier I should be using. As DIY person, he walked me thorough all the potential issues. In the end, he guided me towards the manufacturer, but his assessment was 100% spot on. It was the lower spray arm all along. It was not evidently broken, but I was able to disassemble and found a piece of cork and plastic blocking some of the spray holes! ugh! I valued how open he was just to walk me through potential fixes. I would call him up in a heart beat for any appliance need..

David was very prompt and helpful, even offered to come by to diagnose our washer the same day we contacted him. It turned out to be an easily replaced part, so I was able to fix it myself with his advice. I would recommend David to anyone looking for honest and timely help with their appliances.

I am writing this review because of my experience in dealing with the owner of this company. I have a 9 year old Bosch DW I paid $586 for. It is giving me an E02 error code, and the Bosch website explains what that means. I called Appliance Dr, left a message with the error code and model # and he promptly returned my call. He knew my model, how much I paid for it, knew all about that error code and explained the cost to repair which would be in the area of $500 maybe more. To me, not worth fixing, 9 years ago it was their cheapest model. What I appreciate is that this is exactly the information I wanted since I already had the error code. Another popular service place wants $139 to send out a tech and will not tell you anything over the phone. Well , why have error codes if they do you no

The gentleman who returned my call was very knowledgeable and immediately understood the issue with my dishwasher. He gave me a flat rate quote over the phone. Although I ended up hiring someone else due to my availability, I would not hesitate to hire Appliance Doctor in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Appliance Doctor ! I had my appointment moved forward a day, which was great as the washer and fridge weren't working. Their communication was spot on and Josh sorted out the problems after a little searching and cleaning out ! I now have both appliances working as new and I am so happy ! The pricing it great too. Don't hesitate to get these guys in to sort out your appliance problems...they are great !
