Appliance Doctor

My Speed Queen dryer was not drying and I called Appliance Doctor on Monday- the lovely lady on the phone (Rochelle?) was able to get me an appointment for the next day. I told her Wednesday was better for me and she gave me a 10-2 window for the repairman to come. Fortunately the repairman (Mike) called me before coming and I told him NOT to come as we had a sudden and massive power outage in my area and it didn’t seem as if it would be resolved quickly. Mike was so kind and asked if I would call him when the electricity came back. When the power came back, I did call him and he was able to come and do the repair. I wasn’t even hopeful he’d be able to fix it because usually the repairman need to order parts and come back another day for the repair. My lucky day as he had the part needed

Customer service is key when choosing a company, and The Appliance Doctor truly delivered. I spoke with Jennifer, who was incredibly accommodating, personable, and understanding. She went above and beyond by sending Anthony Rodriguez to service my oven. Anthony was excellent—very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in answering all of my questions. He tested everything to make sure it was working properly, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel safe using my oven again. Highly recommend!

These guy are the best. They scheduled a diagnostic appointment for my malfunctioning fridge in record time, a whole day earlier than everyone else I called. They sent Anthony, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came back a couple of days later to put in the replacement part and could not have been more pleasant to work with. I’m impressed with how well this company is run, and will definitely turn to them again when I need help with an appliance, which will surely happen again soon given the crummy quality of the components even in pricey items.

Josh was great! I had a problem with my stove not lighting properly. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and Josh came by promptly in the time window given, and was able fix my issue very efficiently and he was super friendly. Stove is working better than it was before I had the issue!
