So we started out a little shaky, I purchased a washer and dryer set and the first washer didn’t work well then he bought another one and that one didn’t spin, so at this point, I was upset. He remained professional and agreed to bring another washer for Me and he did just that. He made 4 trips to Gladewater from Longview and bought three washers over, the new washer is wonderful. It’s big & silent. It washes well and the dryer dries quickly. I’m saying all this to say things were not perfect, BUT He remained calm and professional until I was satisfied and that is above and beyond for Me, that someone values my time and my money. Overall, I’m glad I shopped with him.

Kinny is always polite, prompt and helpful when i need a repair done. Would highly recommend him.

Very unprofessional business. All the good reviews are at the top keep scrolling, and you will see the true person that works for this company. Made a service call to repair washer. He made his opinion of what he thought it was and said if still have problems with it to give him a call and he would return. First, he Was a hour late for the first appointment. Made an appointment the second time. Made several calls to verify the appointment. He would Not answer the phone calls or the text. Finally, he did text and say he was running late. Then it was an hour late than two hours. He never showed up or called for the second appointment. Kept trying to reach him and he never responded. So he got paid for 10 minutes of his time and did not care about the customer.

Charged $75 to come out and then ghosted us after saying he would order a part. Don’t use this company.

They were on time, very professional and had me going within an hour. Definitely will be my go to guys from here out.
