We had issue with our Subzero Fridge love cooling the freezer side has stopped cooling. Russel was able to come out and diagnose the issue, fridge needed a new Compresor. Russel came back the next day had our unit up and running definitely will be using this company again.

The technician came out to diagnose my Sub-Zero refrigerator, which was not cooling properly. He was able to quickly determine that the issue was a failed compressor on the freezer side. He returned the next day, replaced the compressor, and got everything up and running again. I’m very happy with the service and the overall experience.

We got the run around on fixing our LG washing machine that wouldn’t drain from two different companies who visited our home, when I contacted Appliance Experts it was like music to my ears. Their quick response and expert knowledge along with parts availability not to mention incredible service in one day cant be beat. thank you Russell!!

Russel had came out and repaired my Viking refrigerator that was not cooling quickly. Found the problem and offered a solution order. The parts came back. I had my Viking fridge up and running. It was cool and making ice again definitely will be using this company again.

On OCTOBER 27th 2025 I paid this guy to come and see what’s wrong with the refrigerator and the washing machine. ITS NOW DECEMBER 7th and he finally fixed it. This is crazy I highly recommend you go anywhere else to get service he’s also making it hard to make the final payment to him rn which I will. We will see if the fix lasts. Also apparently my tenant said he broke something and had to come back to fix it and my tenants expect a discount now. Are even a pro dude?
