They were honest and straightforward on the phone, showed up in a timely manner (with both text and phone call heads up so I could get to the unit), and were very kind and considerate during the entire experience, and explained any possible things which could happen in detail before they left. I felt confident in their work and appreciated their patient care :)

We had an over the range microwave installed. Our service guy was very quick and removed our old one and installed our new one in an hour. Great job.

Do not recommend. The heat was not working on our dryer so two guys came out and fixed it but when they left the dryer would shut off after being on for a minute and sometimes not start at all. We also pointed out a clicking noise the dryer was making after they worked on the heating element. The guys came back out and said they didn’t know what the issue was but took out the drum and put it back in. However that did nothing and now our dyer won’t even start. I also got to clean some blood off our door that night from when one of them cut themselves . We requested a refund after we paid $365 and were told we are only getting a partial refund and nobody can confirm the amount. Waste of money and now we have to buy a new dryer.

They diagnosed the problem for my Dishwasher the same day, with an accurate diagnosis that helped me decide on what to do! Would definitely recommend them for future repairs.
